Description & Specification

Langgeng Jaya Group produces recycled polypropylene (rPP) natural granules from selected post-consumer polypropylene packaging. The material is designed to deliver stable melt flow, low impurity levels, and consistent pellet quality, making it suitable for both extrusion and injection molding applications.

Our rPP Natural is FDA approved for applicable food-contact uses and produced under Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and RecyClass Recycling Process Certification. These certifications confirm that the material is safely processed, traceable throughout the recycling chain, and aligned with international sustainability and compliance requirements, including those commonly requested by EU and export markets.

rPP Natural Granules / Pellets - Low MFI (Extrusion Grade)

This grade is intended for extrusion processes and is produced from post-consumer polypropylene packaging. Specifications are based on internal quality control procedures and may be adjusted according to customer requirements.

rPP Natural Granules / Pellets - High MFI (Injection Grade)

This grade is developed for injection molding applications where higher flowability is required. Production uses advanced melt filtration with a self-cleaning filter system, which helps prevent contamination and ensures stable and consistent pellet quality.

The Low one has MFI range from 2-7 with average of 4, while the high one is ranging from 15-33, averaging in 25. However, some customers also want middle MFI, which we can customize.

Low MFI has higher price than the high one. Usually differ around $20-30/mt. But, it depends on the supply of feedstock ready. So, price will vary and need to be checked first beforehand.

Our client that require PP Natural (either low or high) is vary. From United States, Europe to Asia, sometimes Indonesia (through international trader), and other countries.

FCL container 20/40ft for bulk orders (internationally). For local, usually use FUSO or other type of trucking. For smaller order (such as 100kg, so on), can use LCL or even DHL/FedEx. Depend on client's request
