Description & Specification

Langgeng Jaya Group supplies recycled HDPE materials for injection molding, available in both mix color flakes and granules/pellets, produced from selected post-consumer packaging and bottle caps. The material is designed to provide stable processing performance, controlled impurity levels, and consistent quality for injection applications.

Our recycled HDPE injection grades are FDA approved for applicable food-contact uses and produced in line with the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), ensuring verified recycled content, traceability, and responsible recycling practices.

Recycled HDPE Injection Mix Color Granules

Our HDPE injection granules are produced from post-consumer packaging and processed using advanced melt filtration technology, including a self-cleaning thick filter system. This technology helps prevent contamination and ensures stable and consistent pellet quality. Such filtration systems are still uncommon in Indonesia and support tighter quality control.
